- When and how can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online or call us within 24 hours of your order placement before the product has been shipped. To cancel, please Contact Us with the order number. Unfortunately, you cannot make a cancellation in case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you.

- How can I return a product?
At present time, HamroKitchen has no return policy but you can make a replacement in case, the product is damaged at the time of delivery. Moreover, we offer you to make an exchange of the product no less than the purchased price or of equal amount for that product. Please note that not all products can be replaced once sold. Please note that such as exchange is subject to availability of the Stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Please check your products at the time of delivery. Contact us to initiate for the replacement\exchange. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated it.
- When are refunds provided?
Refunds are initiated only when:
- The product delivered to your doorstep is not same as the product you have ordered.
- The product delivered to your doorstep is damaged.
- What are the different modes of replacing\exchanging a product?
Before replacing\exchanging an item, please check our exchange policy to make sure your item is eligible for a replacement\exchange. Most items can be replaced\exchanged within 24 hours of receiving them with a valid payment bills. We suggest you to keep your packaging for at least the first week/month after purchase.
- What kind of products can I replace/exchange?
The replacement of products is allowed in case of certain damages while delivering the product to your doorstep. You can make an exchange of a product in preference to size/color of the same product. In case of branded products, exchange policy of the brand with valid warranty policy will be considered. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- What if my replacement product is out of stock now?
If the product is out of stock, we will initiate refund.
