We deliver between the hours of 11:00 am-6:00 pm, Sunday through Friday, excluding holidays. The product will be delivered within 2-3 business days after your order placements and confirmation. To track the delivery status of your order, visit ‘My Orders’ in your profile.


  1. I have received a damaged product or the product is not what I have ordered, what can I do?

Customer satisfaction is one of the primary values for our business standards. We are always dedicated in providing you with the best quality products along with our quality service at your door steps. The items that you order will be delivered as per the pictures shown in our website. HamroKitchen allows our customers to open the package and check their ordered product while accepting the delivery.


However, somehow if you have received a damaged product or your product is not what you have ordered from HamroKitchen online store, you can simply ask for a Replacement of your product or can make an Exchange with some other products.

But, we recommend all the retailers, manufacturers and product suppliers to sell products with us as we are dedicated to provide best shopping experience in Nepal. Cash-on-Delivery is one of the method of payment in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep after your order confirmation, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a Cash-on-Delivery payment. Only Nepali Rupees accepted.


  1. Can I use my card while cash on delivery?

Yes, you can use your card to make your payment but you have to choose ‘Card-on-Delivery’ option while you checkout.


  1. What is Card-on-Delivery?

HamroKitchen offers you to make your payments through the ‘Card-on-Delivery’ concept, the first of its kind services in Nepal. It’s an evolution of today’s e-commerce that allows cards to be accepted on delivery of the product. You can pay using your card for your purchases that requires pin entry, which has created a completely safe and secure environment to transact in. To do so, Please select ‘Card-on-Delivery’ as payment options while checkout.




  1. What are the delivery charges?

Usually, on average, the delivery charge is Rs.100 within the Kathmandu valley. Additional charges may apply based on the location, weight and size of the product. However, the delivery charge is free of cost if your purchase exceeds Rs.2500.

Moreover, on account of the GRAND OPENING of, the delivery charge will be free of cost till 31st January 2017, if the minimum value of your purchase exceeds Rs.1500.

  1. Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. If you want to change your shipping address, please directly contact us (Refer to Contact Us) to inform of your new address before your order has been shipped out. If you haven’t place an order yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unplaced order will be cancelled automatically after the due process.


  1. Do HamroKitchen deliver outside the Kathmandu valley?

Yes, we deliver our products all over Nepal. Place your order online on and we deliver your order(s) at your doorstep.


  1. Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

HamroKitchen allows our customers to open the package and check their ordered product while accepting the delivery.


Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order online or call us within 24 hours of your order placement before the product has been shipped. To cancel, please Contact Us with the order number. Unfortunately, you cannot make a cancellation in case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you.

  1. How can I return a product?

At present time, HamroKitchen has no return policy but you can make a replacement in case, the product is damaged at the time of delivery. Moreover, we offer you to make an exchange of the product no less than the purchased price or of equal amount for that product. Please note that not all products can be replaced once sold. Please note that such as exchange is subject to availability of the Stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.


Please check your products at the time of delivery. Contact us to initiate for the replacement\exchange. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated it.

Refunds are initiated only when:


  1. The product delivered to your doorstep is not same as the product you had ordered.

Before replacing\exchanging an item, please check our exchange policy to make sure your item is eligible for a replacement\exchange. Most items can be replaced\exchanged within 24 hours of receiving them with a valid payment bills. We suggest you to keep your packaging for at least the first week/month after purchase.

The replacement of products is allowed in case of certain damages while delivering the product to your doorstep. You can make an exchange of a product in preference to size/color of the same product. In case of branded products, exchange policy of the brand with valid warranty policy will be considered. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
