The delivery charge will be free of cost till 15th February 2017 within Kathmandu valley and outside the valley, all over Nepal, the delivery charges will start from NRs. 250 and may vary according to the location and weight of the product.

  1. How can I track the delivery?

You can track your order(s) by clicking on ‘My Orders’ in ‘My Account’ section to view the status of all your orders.


  1. Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. If you want to change your shipping address, please directly contact us to inform of your new address before your order has been shipped out. If you haven’t place an order yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unplaced order will be cancelled automatically after the due process.
